Freediving Level 2 ATUS/CMAS– Pool, 2* CMAS Freediving Certificate apnea

Description

À Through a deepening of theoretical knowledge as well as technical skills, level II allows you to acquire effective tools for a healthy practice of sports apnea. This advanced course is aimed at freedivers wishing to progress in the pool (static apnea, dynamic apnea with or without fins) as well as in the natural environment (depth in free immersion and constant weight).

Prerequisites

• - &Minimum age: 18;

Forms:

 From “ no contraindication » to the practice of sports apnea;

 Medical in case of positive response(s) to the « no contraindication »;

 Have successfully completed the Freediving Level 1 CMAS course or equivalent.

Theoretical content (7h)

• - Advanced Hardware (individual, security);
• - Effects of deep immersion and apnea;
• - Risks and dangers in deep apnea;
• - Notions of training (physical condition, anaerobic/aerobic training);
• - Food and apnea;
• - Organization of a diving trip;
• - First steps in the event of a diving accident.

Practical content (9h)

• - Apnea static (STA), dynamic (DYN), free immersion (FIM) and constant weight (CWT);
• - Perfecting duck and propulsion techniques;
• - Breathing, relaxation and meditation;
• - Compensation;
• - Surveillance and rescue/tow protocols;
• - Management/visualization of his apnea.

Assessment method

• - Theoretical exam of 30 questions minimum;

Éproofs:

 Static apnea (STA);

 Dynamic apnea (DYN);

 Free Immersion (FIM);

 Constant Weight (CWT);

 Éproof of rescue and towing + victim exit (pool/depth);

 Émonitoring evidence in swimming pool and depth.
