International clean up 2008
This year the international cleanup day find place on September 20.
Like every year, Thailand Diving participated on this huge event by clean up a reef called Koh Sak.
Bottles of beer, bags, tires, fishing nets and so much more were fined between the colorful corrals and marine life.
Clearly, we do not wait those days to participate and clean, every time we dive we try to bring as much as we can to the surface. If every diver would do the same every time they dive, it would be a better world already.
Pattaya city was also present this year with the collaboration of
“the Coca Cola Company “ and “Thai airways”.
Almost 200 people were involved to clean Pattaya´s beach. Also they organized a dive team to go clean around Koh Larn.
During the day there was a show with traditional Thai dancers, dancers in scuba gear and so much more.
It was a huge success! Keep on the good work and up to the 500 people or even more next year.
