The Koh Tao wrecks
Brick Maru
This wreck is located near the Unknown Maru "Maru No Name." This is a Japanese 70m long and 3000 tons placed on the right 60 meters deep oil. The vessel did not suffer any apparent damage if not an opening at the bow under the waterline. The superstructure consists of three levels and the interior of the wreck remains completely unexplored. No entry point used has been found to date (December 2006) and the tank contents also remains unknown.
